Megan Gawlitta

Megan is a preschool special education teacher in the Wisconsin Rapids Public School District. Megan initially pursued a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Megan then shifted her focus to research before discovering education as a paraprofessional. What began as an unexpected career change quickly became a passion, inspiring her to pursue her teaching certification and embrace a career supporting students.

I joined the MS in Education: Instructional Coaching program because I truly believe that I ventured down so many different dead ends for a reason; that reason having something to do with bridging my passions. I would love to teach at the postsecondary level one day, but who knows what the future will bring!?
