Tiffany is an early childhood educator with more than 10 years of experience and a deep commitment to ensuring young learners have access to high-quality education. Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. Since 2020, Tiffany has served as a 4K lead teacher at a charter school in Madison, Wisconsin, where she has helped develop a reading program, established a school garden to promote hands-on learning, and was recognized with the 2023 National Alliance for Public Charter Schools Changemaker Award for her advocacy on behalf of public charter schools and education funding. Tiffany now serves as an instructional coach, supporting fellow educators through professional development, instructional leadership, and classroom coaching. She joined the MS in Education: Instructional Coaching program to strengthen her leadership skills and continue empowering teachers through collaboration, mentorship, and a shared commitment to student success.
